Mixed news for all you Red Sox fans out there, ESPN’s Bill Simmons the Sports Guy has retired from his montlhy ESPN the Magazine articles in a recent post. Fans of the Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots are probably familier with the writer, who has become one of the internets most read writers. If you have bough a Red Sox ticket there a chance you have seen him, as he is an avid fans and regularly makes it to the bigger games. So while its too bad he wont be coming out in montlhy magazine form, there is still plenty of writing and podcasting left for the sports writing maverick.
